This technique, founded by meditation master Jonni Pollard, is rooted in ancient wisdom, while adapted for the modern world. It is learnt over 3 x 90 minute sessions

WELLBEING AND LEADERSHIP COACHING
Overview
Coaching allows individuals to take a deep dive, in a safe environment. Coaching allows space to debrief, reflect, problem solve and plan. It encourages individuals to trust in themselves and draw on their strengths to bring about positive change.
Themes often explored include;
- Aligning values with actions
- Leading with confidence
- Delegating with ease
- Setting and maintaining clear boundaries
- Creating space to flourish
All coaching programs are for a minimum of 6 sessions, typically over 6 months.
